Hey girls, wow it feels like so long since Ive last written a blog! So happy to be posting again!
So last week I found out that my parents had booked us a holiday to Turkey for next week and I am so so excited, I cant wait to escape this unpredictable English weather!
I think all of us girls know what booking a holiday means, and this is deffos one of my favourite things: Holiday shopping!
I took a trip to the Metro Centre at Gateshead on saturday and I couldnt help myself to go shopping again on Sunday to Middlesbrough, and I thought I'd write a post to showcase a few things I bought!
(Plus everywhere has sales on since the summer is coming to an end!)
Heres what I purchased at the Metro Centre:
I think absolutely everyone starts their holiday shopping with bikinis, they are the ultimate essential, especially for the Turkish heat... I always get my bikinis from Primark, they always seem to have the perfect fit and they have such a variety of patterns and colours, and the other bonus is that they are mega cheap! I bought the lovely blue and pink set, along with these mix and match bottoms..
Blue and Pink set: Primark £4.00
Bottoms: Primark £2.00 each
Once youve purchased bikinis, your obviously going to need cover ups.. This pretty lace playsuit is also from Primark and is the perfect cover up, as it comes with straps and without (which is perfect because I hate tan lines!) I was gutted that they didnt have this in other colours!
Lace Playsuit: Primark £7.00
I set my eyes on these boob tubes in Miss Selfridge a few months back and have been meaning to get one, even better that they were on sale when I came across them again! The Miss Selfridge sale is amazing at the minute, I could have spent a fortune in there. I adore the cute prints on these!
Boob Tubes: Miss Selfridge £5.00 each
I have also set my eyes on these style tops and dresses for quite a while, as Ive seen them on various bloggers and have loved them! I came across this little red dress in New Look sale and couldnt resist. They also have various tops like this in the sale too! The tassle detail on this is perfect and the colour!
Red Dress: New Look £5.00
Another shopping trip, What I bought:
I purchased a new pair of one of my all time fave things, converse. I was going to buy these from the likes of Office or Foot Asylum, until I seen them in Sports Direct for so much cheaper! After 2 years of having my old ones, I was due a new pair, and I was so happy I found them for this price!
Converse: Sports Direct £36.00 (usually £45.00)
Another Miss Selfridge buy was these lush printed trousers which are a nice thin, airy material, perfect for a night out on holiday. Also in the sale. These are a bit big in size but I suppose thats what a sewing machine is for..
Printed Trousers: Miss Selfridge £12.00
I also picked up a few essential accessories. I always go for brown for some reason, the majority of my bags and accessories are always brown.. I picked up the first little shoulder bag from Primark, its little and compact and will fit just what I need in. I also got this brown bum bag from New Look, as its ideal to take out on holiday rather than carrying one. I was so happy I seen this in New Look as I was going to pay 3 times the price in River Island! I then bought a brown belt, as I was due a new one and I like the cute pattern on this one, from Primark.
Shoulder Bag: Primark £4.50
Bum Bag: New Look £6.50
Belt: Primark £2.00
I was rather happy with my holiday shopping. I got quite a lot for a low price. I then got home and realised I maybe didnt even need a lot of new things, but its always nice to treat yourself!
If your following me on instagram, I will be surely posting a lot of photos from my holiday and these outfits, so follow me to keep updated!
