I got invited to a party last weekend and I was totally panicking on what to wear, I hadn't bought any party clothing in ages as I wasn't planning on going anywhere, so I was totally stressing on what to wear! I just routed through my wardrobe for ages until I found something suitable. I must forget about half of the clothes I own because I then came across this little monochrome bodycon which I have had for about 3 years and it didnt even cross my mind that I had it!
I purchased this dress about 3 years ago from H&M. I have hardly worn it so I'm glad I got to wear it on friday night after I dug it out of my wardrobe. I love this little monochrome print bodycon, It was so cheap too, I think I bought it for around £8.00 (and that was at a normal price, not even in the sale! this is why I love H&M).
I love the print on this dress, it is such a lovely geometrical pattern and the monochrome effect makes it stand out. I love monochrome prints anyway, so it was a bonus that I found this little dress to wear! The material of the dress is also such a nice feel, alike most bodycon dresses, it is a nice, thick, stretchy fabric.
Along with my dress, I wore one of my favourite pairs of wedges that have lasted me a lifetime! I bought these from Primark on Oxford Street about 4 years ago, and considering I have worn them a lot, they are still in such good condition and somehow they still fit me, which is another bonus! These were also such a good bargain, I got these for around £10.00 which is so cheap compared to the standard price of heels and wedges now!
I also took out this stunning bag, which has a gold chain strap, but can also be used as a clutch. This bag was a perfect match for the outfit as it fit in with the black & white colour trend and the gold additions on the bag matched with my Rose Gold MK watch that I accessorized with the outfit. This bag was one of my gorgeous Valentines Day presents, so I was happy to be wearing it.
The other accessories I styled with this outfit was my Black Stud Pandora Earrings, along with my Warren James Pearl Bracelet. I am also wearing my curled hair piece which I purchased from a local hair accessory store.
